ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

(Enterprise AI SaaS Platform) Version 1.0 · Effective Date: 4 August 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms an integral part of the Terms of Service (the "Agreement") accepted electronically by the Customer (including by clickwrap acceptance during account registration or online checkout). This document is published at a permanent URL on ONLYAI’s website and is incorporated into the Agreement by reference. It applies between Dostart Ventures Limited ("ONLYAI", "Provider") and the Customer identified in the applicable electronic Order Form ("Customer").

Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned in the Agreement.

1. PURPOSE

1.1 Objective

The purpose of this Acceptable Use Policy is to establish the operational rules governing Customer's access to and use of the Services.

This Policy is intended to:

  • protect the integrity, security and availability of the Services;
  • promote lawful and responsible use of AI technologies;
  • reduce cybersecurity risks;
  • support compliance with Applicable Laws;
  • support compliance with Supported Platform requirements;
  • prevent misuse of the Services;
  • protect ONLYAI, its Customers and third parties from unlawful or harmful activities.

1.2 Scope

This Policy applies to:

  • Customer;
  • Authorized Users;
  • administrators;
  • contractors;
  • affiliates using the Services under Customer's subscription.

Customer shall ensure compliance by all Authorized Users.

Customer remains responsible for all activities performed through its accounts.

2. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

Customer shall use the Services:

  • lawfully;
  • responsibly;
  • ethically;
  • securely;
  • in accordance with this Agreement;
  • in accordance with Applicable Laws;
  • in accordance with Supported Platform requirements.

Customer acknowledges that the Services are intended exclusively for legitimate commercial purposes.

Customer shall not use the Services in any manner that could reasonably:

  • compromise platform security;
  • interfere with other customers;
  • damage ONLYAI's reputation;
  • expose ONLYAI to regulatory liability;
  • violate the rights of third parties.

3. AUTHORIZED USE

Customer may use the Services solely:

  • for Customer's own internal business operations;
  • through Authorized Users;
  • in accordance with the Agreement;
  • within the scope of the purchased Subscription;
  • for AI-assisted communication on Supported Platforms;
  • for lawful business purposes.

Customer shall not permit unauthorized third parties to access the Services.

4. ACCOUNT SECURITY

Customer shall:

  • maintain accurate account information;
  • protect authentication credentials;
  • implement multi-factor authentication where available;
  • promptly disable access for departing personnel;
  • notify ONLYAI immediately upon becoming aware of unauthorized access.

Customer is responsible for all activity conducted through Customer's credentials unless caused by ONLYAI's breach of the Agreement.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Customer shall not use the Services to:

  • violate Applicable Laws;
  • infringe intellectual property rights;
  • commit fraud;
  • engage in deceptive practices;
  • transmit malicious software;
  • distribute spam;
  • conduct phishing;
  • perform unauthorized scraping;
  • interfere with platform availability;
  • bypass security controls;
  • perform denial-of-service attacks;
  • compromise system integrity.

Customer shall not knowingly use the Services in connection with any activity involving money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or other unlawful financial activity.

6. AI-SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS

Customer shall not use the AI functionality to:

  • generate unlawful content;
  • facilitate criminal activity;
  • impersonate public authorities;
  • generate fraudulent communications;
  • intentionally deceive individuals regarding legally significant matters;
  • circumvent AI safety mechanisms;
  • disable moderation controls;
  • manipulate AI routing logic;
  • extract proprietary prompts or system instructions;
  • conduct prompt injection attacks;
  • train competing AI models using the Services;
  • benchmark the Services for publication without ONLYAI's prior written consent.

Customer shall not intentionally attempt to cause the AI System to produce outputs contrary to its intended safety controls.

7. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer shall not configure or use the Services to generate, facilitate or distribute content involving:

  • minors or age-inappropriate sexual content;
  • child sexual abuse material;
  • incest or exploitative familial roleplay;
  • human trafficking;
  • prostitution or escort services;
  • coercion or non-consensual sexual activity;
  • sexual exploitation;
  • bestiality;
  • extreme violence;
  • torture;
  • mutilation;
  • self-harm promotion;
  • terrorism;
  • hate speech;
  • unlawful discrimination;
  • illegal drug trafficking;
  • sanctions violations;
  • off-platform payment solicitation where prohibited by Supported Platform policies.

Customer acknowledges that ONLYAI may implement technical safeguards to prevent or restrict such uses.

8. PLATFORM COMPLIANCE

Customer shall ensure that its use of the Services complies with the contractual terms, community standards and operational policies of each Supported Platform.

Without limitation, Customer shall not use the Services to:

  • solicit prohibited off-platform payments;
  • share prohibited contact information;
  • promote competing platforms where prohibited;
  • circumvent platform moderation systems;
  • engage in activity likely to result in suspension of Customer's accounts.

ONLYAI does not warrant that use of the Services will satisfy all requirements imposed by Supported Platforms, and Customer remains solely responsible for monitoring changes to such requirements.

9. INFORMATION SECURITY OBLIGATIONS

9.1 Security Responsibilities

Customer acknowledges that the security of the Services is based upon a shared responsibility model.

ONLYAI is responsible for maintaining the security of the cloud infrastructure, software platform and AI orchestration environment under its control.

Customer remains solely responsible for maintaining appropriate security within Customer's own environment, including user devices, credentials, local networks, internal access controls and operational procedures.

9.2 Credential Protection

Customer shall ensure that all authentication credentials used to access the Services are:

  • maintained securely;
  • kept confidential;
  • not shared between unauthorized individuals;
  • protected using commercially reasonable security practices.

Customer shall immediately notify ONLYAI upon becoming aware of:

  • compromised credentials;
  • unauthorized access;
  • suspected account takeover;
  • credential theft.

9.3 Access Management

Customer shall maintain appropriate administrative procedures governing:

  • user provisioning;
  • role-based access;
  • privileged accounts;
  • termination of user access;
  • periodic access reviews.

Customer acknowledges that failure to maintain appropriate access controls may materially increase cybersecurity risks.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

10.1 Platform Protection

Customer shall not:

  • copy;
  • reproduce;
  • distribute;
  • reverse engineer;
  • decompile;
  • disassemble;
  • modify;
  • create derivative works from;
  • extract source code from;
  • attempt to reconstruct;

any component of the Services except as expressly permitted by Applicable Law.

10.2 AI Protection

Customer shall not intentionally attempt to:

  • extract system prompts;
  • reconstruct proprietary prompt engineering methodologies;
  • infer model routing logic;
  • identify confidential orchestration mechanisms;
  • bypass AI safety mechanisms;
  • manipulate hidden system instructions;
  • create competing AI systems using proprietary outputs generated by the Services.

10.3 Automated Extraction

Customer shall not use automated means to:

  • scrape the Services;
  • harvest operational metadata;
  • collect confidential platform information;
  • benchmark the Services for publication;
  • conduct unauthorized stress testing.

Nothing in this Section restricts lawful security testing expressly authorized in writing by ONLYAI.

11. FAIR USE OF THE SERVICES

11.1 Operational Integrity

Customer shall use the Services in a manner consistent with ordinary commercial use.

Customer shall not intentionally consume excessive computational resources in a manner reasonably likely to:

  • impair platform performance;
  • interfere with other customers;
  • destabilize shared infrastructure;
  • circumvent contractual subscription limits.

11.2 AI Resource Consumption

ONLYAI reserves the right to implement reasonable operational controls relating to:

  • AI request volume;
  • concurrent inference requests;
  • API rate limits;
  • storage utilization;
  • queue prioritization;
  • computational resource allocation.

Such operational controls are intended solely to preserve platform stability and service quality.

12. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

12.1 Operational Monitoring

To protect the integrity, security and availability of the Services, ONLYAI may monitor operational activity within the Services, including:

  • authentication events;
  • system performance;
  • infrastructure health;
  • API activity;
  • error rates;
  • security events;
  • usage metrics;
  • suspected abuse patterns.

Such monitoring shall be conducted solely for legitimate operational, security, compliance and service improvement purposes and in accordance with the Agreement, the Data Processing Agreement and Applicable Data Protection Laws.

12.2 Abuse Detection

ONLYAI may investigate activity reasonably believed to involve:

  • security threats;
  • fraud;
  • unlawful use;
  • abuse of AI functionality;
  • attempts to circumvent platform safeguards;
  • violations of this Policy.

Customer shall reasonably cooperate with such investigations.

12.3 Preservation of Evidence

Where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected misuse, ONLYAI may preserve relevant system logs, audit records and technical evidence for a period reasonably necessary to:

  • investigate the incident;
  • comply with legal obligations;
  • protect the rights of ONLYAI;
  • support regulatory inquiries;
  • establish facts in connection with legal proceedings.

Nothing in this Section authorizes ONLYAI to use Customer Data for purposes unrelated to the investigation or to Process Personal Data other than in accordance with the Agreement and Applicable Data Protection Laws.

13. SUSPENSION OF SERVICES

13.1 Immediate Suspension

ONLYAI may immediately suspend all or part of the Services, without prior notice, where ONLYAI reasonably believes that Customer's use of the Services:

  • creates an imminent cybersecurity risk;
  • materially threatens platform integrity;
  • violates Applicable Law;
  • violates this Policy;
  • materially exposes ONLYAI to regulatory liability;
  • jeopardizes the security or availability of the Services;
  • infringes third-party rights.

ONLYAI shall use commercially reasonable efforts to limit the scope and duration of any suspension to that reasonably necessary to address the relevant risk.

13.2 Temporary Suspension

Where immediate suspension is not reasonably necessary, ONLYAI may provide Customer with written notice specifying:

  • the nature of the alleged violation;
  • the corrective actions required;
  • the period available for remediation.

Failure to remedy the identified violation within the specified period may result in suspension or termination pursuant to the Agreement.

13.3 Restoration of Services

Where the circumstances giving rise to a suspension have been remedied to ONLYAI's reasonable satisfaction, ONLYAI shall use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the affected Services without undue delay.

Restoration may be subject to verification that the underlying issue has been resolved.

14. CUSTOMER REPORTING OBLIGATIONS

Customer shall promptly notify ONLYAI upon becoming aware of:

  • unauthorized access to the Services;
  • suspected cybersecurity incidents;
  • compromise of Customer credentials;
  • suspected misuse of AI functionality;
  • attempts to bypass platform safeguards;
  • material violations of this Policy by Authorized Users.

Prompt notification enables ONLYAI to implement appropriate protective measures and minimize operational risks.

15. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Customer acknowledges that the Services are intended to support lawful business activities and shall not be used in any manner inconsistent with Applicable Laws.

Customer remains solely responsible for determining the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to Customer's business, including obligations relating to:

  • data protection;
  • artificial intelligence;
  • consumer protection;
  • electronic communications;
  • advertising;
  • taxation;
  • financial crime prevention;
  • export controls;
  • sanctions.

Nothing contained in this Policy shall be interpreted as legal advice or as a representation that Customer's use of the Services complies with Applicable Laws.

16. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

ONLYAI may amend this Policy from time to time where reasonably necessary to:

  • reflect technological developments;
  • address emerging cybersecurity threats;
  • respond to changes in Applicable Laws;
  • address changes in Supported Platform requirements;
  • improve AI safety;
  • enhance operational security.

Material amendments shall become effective upon reasonable prior notice to Customer, unless immediate implementation is required to address an imminent security threat or comply with Applicable Law.

17. RELATIONSHIP WITH THE AGREEMENT

This Acceptable Use Policy forms an integral part of the Agreement.

A material or repeated violation of this Policy may constitute a material breach of the Agreement and may result in suspension or termination of the Services in accordance with the Agreement.

Nothing in this Policy limits ONLYAI's rights under the Agreement or Applicable Law.

18. SURVIVAL

The following provisions shall survive termination of the Agreement to the extent necessary to give effect to their purpose:

  • Intellectual Property Protection;
  • Confidentiality;
  • Preservation of Evidence;
  • Liability;
  • Dispute Resolution;
  • Governing Law.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By accepting the Agreement electronically (including ticking the acceptance checkbox during account registration or checkout), submitting an electronic Order Form, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, Customer acknowledges that it has read, understood and agrees to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
